FAQ

Have questions? You’ll likely find the answers here, but if not, just reach out via the chat button. I’m here to help and make sure you feel confident and excited for your session!
Where do you shoot?
My primary studio is in Los Angeles, designed for a comfortable and creative session. However, I’m happy to shoot on location or elsewhere—just reach out to discuss your vision and we’ll organize the details together.
How long is a session?
Sessions typically run around 3–4 hours, though there’s no strict time limit. Depending on the individual, they may last anywhere from 1 to 5 hours. This flexible approach is intentional—it allows us the space to work at a natural pace, explore creative ideas fully, and ensure we capture the images we need without rushing the process.
Can I buy extra images?
Yes—additional fully retouched images are available for $60 each.
Can I get unedited photos?
I provide only fully edited, final images to ensure the highest quality and consistent artistic standard. Unedited or raw files are not available.
What does retouching mean?
Retouching is a subtle finishing process that ensures nothing distracts from the connection in your portrait. Temporary blemishes, stray hairs, and other small details are tidied away, while light, color, and contrast are refined so the final image feels polished yet natural—keeping the focus entirely on you.
When will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a curated proof gallery within 48 hours to review and select your favorite images. Final, fully edited photos will be delivered within 14 days after your selections and any additional payments are made.
Can I bring someone with me?
You’re welcome to bring someone along for support, but I recommend coming alone to keep the session focused and get the best results. Please note that only the person booked for the session will be photographed.
Is the studio accessible?
Our building is fully wheelchair accessible and equipped with elevators. If you have any specific needs or questions, please feel free to reach out—I’d love to help make your visit as comfortable and easy as possible.
When is payment due?
To secure your session, a deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance is due at least 72 hours before your session date.
How are your sessions structured?
I offer one comprehensive session designed to give you everything you need. Every shoot is tailored to your goals, so rather than choosing between packages, we’ll shape the session around you.
I’m nervous—what should I expect?
Trust that your unique presence is exactly what makes a great portrait subject. It’s natural to take a little time to warm up in front of the camera. Every session is a collaboration—I focus on lighting, color, and composition, while you bring mood and emotion. You’re encouraged to express yourself freely, and together we’ll create portraits that truly reflect who you are.
Do you work with clients outside the entertainment industry?
Absolutely. Whether you’re a creative professional, business leader, or anyone seeking high-quality portraits, I’m here to help you capture images that truly represent you.
Can we discuss what I want to achieve from the session?
Absolutely. Before we begin, we’ll have a conversation to understand your vision and goals. Throughout the session, I’ll share previews so we can adjust and ensure the images reflect exactly what you want. Bringing any reference photos or ideas you like is always helpful for collaboration.
Are there facilities for hair and makeup?
Yes, the studio has a dedicated makeup area where you can do your own touch-ups between looks. If you’d like professional hair and makeup services, I can recommend talented artists you can book separately to prepare before your session.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule your session once, as long as it’s at least 72 hours before your scheduled date—without losing your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your session, a new deposit will be required to book again.
Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total session fee, and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
Can I request a re-edit of my final images?
Yes, one round of revisions is included with your final images to ensure you’re happy with the results. This can include adjustments like minor color corrections, cropping, or retouching tweaks based on your feedback.
Please note that extensive re-edits or additional revision rounds may incur an extra fee. I strive to deliver images that meet your vision and welcome your input to make sure the final portraits reflect your best self.
